We are lucky enough to be housed in the historic Emerson Mansion just north of the Coronado PAC, and directly across from Beattie Park and the Rock River! You can find our building by entering through the back parking lot while heading south on Church St or heading north on Main St from downtown.

RBY’s front door is facing East towards Main Street. You are welcome to enter the building up to 15 minutes early for a 1:1 appointment or 30 minutes early for a class or workshop and you will be directed where to wait. However, you will often be greeted by your practitioner or RBY founder, Rachel, which takes all the guess work out of where to go + what to expect.

Hours will vary depending on the day, month, or season. You can expect that one or several practitioners are on the premises AT LEAST 30 minutes before and after your appointment, class, workshop, or event. We love the comfy, cozy feel of home at RBY, so we can be found hanging around working, planning, and enjoying the atmosphere more often than not, especially on weekdays.

We do not offer refunds at this time. However, we do allow services to be rescheduled or credited to your account, as long as you schedule your services prior to their expiration date (3-6 months from purchase).

If you realize a service purchased isn’t for you, we can transfer your balance to a different type of service.

At RBY, we value our practitioners time + expertise. We are a group of small business owners, housed within a small business and are often unable to find a new client to fill your time slot with short notice. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to service are subject to a 50% service fee. In case of emergency or in the event that you do need to reschedule, please contact your service provider as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Classes cancelled less than two hours prior to a group class slot will lose their drop-in/pass for that day. Unlimited movement members cancelling less than two hours prior are subject to a $5 cancellation fee.

Short answer- no! No in-house staff will ever cancel based on the size of classes or workshops alone. There may be instances where an outside workshop instructor will require a minimum number of sign-ups, but this is rare.

At RBY, we feel that each and every person walking through our doors is a valued member of our community. While we love a full room, we also appreciate the intimacy and connection made in those small classes.

We also encourage YOU not to cancel if you see a small number of sign-ups. You get the benefit of a small group or even private session without the price tag!

Yes! We love hosting fellow businesses + community members in our space. We do require a two-hour minimum rental for business meetings + three-hour minimum-rental for private events. Our full price guide and rental information is listed here!
