Capacity of 54 for tabled events and 99 for events needing chairs or standing room only. This rental includes use of a 3 cubic feet refrigerator- ideal for storing beverages + snacks.

Take advantage of our historic home in all its glory. This rental provides you access to both floors for use during your event.
Utilize Blush as your Bridal Suite (don’t forget to book Julie + Alexis!) and hold your intimate ceremony in Sun.
Hold your business meeting upstairs + book entertainment, a workshop, or a private chef downstairs.

All rentals come with standard 8-foot folding tables + grey metal folding chairs. Staff will be on-site prior to and during the length of your event to set up provided furniture and assist with any additional needs.

Chairs can be upgraded by adding black or white covers for $2/ea. Replace the metal chairs altogether with our eclectic blend of wooden + caned chairs for $5/ea. Additional furniture is available for rent, starting at $25 a piece (security deposit required).
Linens (tablecloths, napkins, runners, and more) are available starting at $1/ea.

Renting space at RealBeautifulYOU is extremely competitive with similar venues in the Midwest. Rates are dependent on the day of the week:
M-Th | $100+/hour
Fri + Sun | $125+/hour
Sat | $150+/hour
*Book 4+ hours and receive a 10% discount on the cost of your rental- space only; not applicable to add-ons, security deposits, or additional fees. Certain events, such as showers, use of bridal suite, etc. require a 3-hour minimum rental. This will be fully discussed at the time of inquiry.
**Option to have staff assist/take care of all decorations, table settings, etc. This will be charged at an hourly rate. Should you choose to not utilize this service, please note that your set-up and clean-up time must be factored into your rental time. The credit card on file will be charged accordingly for additional time used, at the discretion of the business owner.
